Responsibilities

Conduct (partial) projects focused on Network Information Systems for markets including electricity, gas, water, wastewater, district heating, and telecommunications. Project steps include:

Analysis and specification of customer requirements.
Implementation of adjustments through configuration of existing software modules or database tables.
Installation, testing, acceptance, and implementation of the software solution.
Quality control, deadline management, and project documentation across all planning phases.

Deliver technical customer presentations and prepare supporting materials.
Serve as a point of contact for project management and customer support.
Work primarily from the office using remote access or web meetings; occasional customer visits may be required.

Education / Qualifications

Completed a technical university degree (e.g., Geoinformatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Utility).
Professional experience in project work in network information systems or geographic information systems.
Experience in the energy industry is advantageous.
Strong IT skills in Microsoft operating systems, especially IIS, Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as MS PowerShell.
Good knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server; programming experience in .NET languages is preferred.
Structured thinker with a goal‑ and success‑oriented work style.
Good English and very good German language skills (written and spoken).
Willingness to undertake occasional business trips.
