Senior In‑House Consultant – Strategy & Business Transformation (x|f|m) – Hybrid

We are looking for a Senior In‑House Consultant – Strategy & Business Transformation (x|f|m) to join the Business Process Management (BPS) team at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. This role offers the opportunity to take on a key position in the strategic development of our business processes with a strong focus on customer value. You will lead company‑wide transformation initiatives, manage complex, high‑visibility programs, and redesign end‑to‑end processes from a customer‑centric perspective. The position is full‑time with flexible hybrid work options, including remote work and on‑site presence at our Göttingen campus.

Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of designing and implementing cross‑functional initiatives with high strategic relevance.
• Identify levers for efficiency and value creation, and translate them into actionable roadmaps for sustainable process optimization.
• Build alignment across internal stakeholders and top management through clear and compelling communication.
• Manage complex programs from start to finish, including resource planning, milestone tracking, and accountability for results.

What We Expect

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Bring several years of experience in strategic process consulting or internal transformation.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in project and program management, ideally supported by certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Be proficient in methodologies such as BPMN, Lean Management, or Six Sigma, and familiar with relevant modeling and analysis tools.
• Combine strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex interdependencies and drive solution‑oriented outcomes.
• Communicate effectively across all levels – from operational teams to executive leadership.
• Be fluent in both German and English.
