We are currently looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to support our team with strong knowledge of the US market.

Your tasks

• Manage a portfolio of 45 influencers and multiple sub‑projects within the assigned market.
• Remain actively involved in campaign execution, contributing at least 30% to total reach and driving 20% of new deal reach.
• Oversee and support team operations, taking partial leadership responsibility while maintaining a hands‑on approach.
• Develop and implement best practices to ensure high execution standards, efficiency, and continuous KPI optimization.
• Take full ownership of influencer marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all initiatives.
• Supervise country‑level campaign planning, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment with overall team objectives and timelines.

Your profile

• Proven track record in executing profitable and high‑performing influencer marketing campaigns, delivering measurable business impact.
• 3–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally within fast‑paced or high‑growth environments.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. beauty market, including key trends, consumer behavior, and creator landscape.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day‑to‑day execution.
• Data‑driven and performance‑oriented, with a focus on ROI, reach growth, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and leadership skills; previous team management experience is a plus.

What Success Looks Like

• You play a key role in improving team efficiency, leveraging insights from campaigns performance to streamline workflows, optimize revenue results, and enhance overall team impact.
• You consistently identify and build relationships with key celebrities and high‑impact creators in your market, successfully closing at least two major partnerships per year that elevate brand visibility.
• You are recognized as a knowledge resource within the team, actively sharing best practices, reviewing peers’ work, and helping resolve operational or strategic challenges with confidence and clarity.
• You independently manage and close influencer deals, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
• You maintain an excellent balance between leadership and hands‑on execution, guiding others while remaining closely involved in day‑to‑day operations to ensure quality and performance.
