Our footwear brand Pammys has grown to more than 1 million customers within its first three years and was named the fastest-growing e-commerce brand in Europe by the Financial Times.
With a team of over 100 people across our locations in Kiel, Hamburg , and our own 11,500 m² logistics centre in Lensahn , we are building a global footwear brand that redefines style, comfort, and modern aesthetics.
We are now entering our next major growth phase – with a clear ambition to scale to mid nine-figure revenue in the coming years through international expansion and a broad product portfolio.
That’s why we are looking for a (Senior) Influencer Sales Manager – Nordics (m/f/d) who strategically acquires creators across Denmark, Sweden, Finnland, and Norway, negotiates high-performing partnerships, allocates budgets with a strong performance mindset, and ensures that influencer marketing at Pammys scales measurably, efficiently, and profitably across the Nordic markets.
Important: We are an office-first company . You will work daily from one of our offices in Hamburg or Kiel , close to the team, the processes, and the brand.
Your profile
- Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, or sales — ideally with a focus on the Nordics markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finnland).
- Strong negotiation skills and a confident, assured manner; analytical, numbers-driven, and clearly performance-oriented.
- Professional and appreciative interaction with creators: communicative, engaging, and goal-oriented, with a clear focus on closing deals.
- High intrinsic motivation to build and sustainably develop a scalable Nordics creator network.
- Strong deal & business mindset: you think in terms of budgets, margins, conditions, performance KPIs, and scaling.
- Solid understanding of social media & performance marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram (YouTube is an advantage).
- Business fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Danish, Swedish, Finish or Norwegian is a strong advantage, German skills are a plus but not required.
- Hungry, ambitious, and results-oriented — you want to deliver measurable impact and take ownership.
- Being present in the office is a plus for you: you value direct exchange, quick coordination, and short decision-making processes.

Your mission
- Identification , evaluation , and prioritization of high-performing creators in the Nordics markets (Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finnland) (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) based on clear sales and performance KPIs.
- Proactive outreach to Nordic creators, agencies, and management with a clear value proposition and focus on closing deals.
- Development and maintenance of a scalable Nordics creator funnel (micro, mid, macro) for continuous revenue generation.
- Qualitative and quantitative screening of creators in terms of performance potential, target group fit (Nordic audiences), brand match, and price-performance ratio.
- Negotiation and conclusion of terms and conditions , including pricing, licenses, content scope, whitelisting, and usage rights—with a focus on maximum ROI.
- Ensuring maximum performance per € invested through data-driven creator selection and deal structuring.
- Conducting price benchmarking in the Nordic influencer market and continuously optimizing creator costs.
- Responsibility for contract drafting, deal closing, and documentation of all Nordic creator collaborations.
- Performance-based evaluation of creators based on ROAS, CPM, CPC, CTR, and content quality.
- Close collaboration with the Paid Media Team : Transfer of scalable winning assets for paid distribution (UGC, whitelisting ads).
- Selection and development of creators with high UGC and paid scaling potential for the Nordics markets.
- Ensuring timely content production and adherence to briefings, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Building and maintaining long-term, high-revenue relationships with top performers in the Nordic creator pool.
- Regular check-ins, performance reviews, and upselling of follow-up and scaling campaigns.
