Our technology team is expanding and we are looking for a Senior Integration Consultant with deep expertise in IBM MQ, App Connect Enterprise (ACE), Integration Bus (IIB) and secure enterprise messaging environments .

Your Impact

In this role, you will lead architecture, design and implementation of mission-critical middleware systems used by international enterprise clients. You will develop high-availability, secure and cloud-ready integration solutions — and guide clients through modernization, migration and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

Design and implement IBM MQ , IBM ACE / IIB and secure messaging infrastructures
Build high-availability clusters, failover strategies and performance-optimized architectures
Lead integration projects (cloud, hybrid, on-prem) with modern tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Support full lifecycle: architecture → development → deployment → operations
Mentor junior consultants and act as technical lead in key client engagements
Work closely with enterprise IT, DevOps and security teams
Optional: participate in IBM product beta programs and technical communities

What You Bring

5+ years hands-on experience with IBM MQ , IBM IIB / ACE , WebSphere or comparable enterprise integration technologies
Strong understanding of secure messaging, TLS, authentication, API integration
Experience with Cloud Integration (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure)
Solid knowledge of Linux , scripting, automation and monitoring
Ability to navigate enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
Hands-on mindset, problem-solver, structured communicator
German (B2+) and English (B2+)
