JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor and operate TRATON GROUP’s whistleblower system
• Conduct and oversee internal investigations across all regions
• Coordinate investigation units of our international brands
• Provide legal assessments of case findings and recommend remediation measures
• Represent the organization in interactions with external partners, regulators, and law enforcement authorities
• Advise global stakeholders on investigation processes and risk exposure
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve our global whistleblowing and investigation frameworks

YOUR SKILLS

• University degree in law or a comparable qualification
• Extensive professional experience in conducting investigations, ideally within an international corporate environment or a leading law firm
• Strongrisk awareness combined with solution‑oriented thinking
• Excellent communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, and a collaborative mindset
• Proactive and independent working style, including a willingness to travel
• Trustworthyand diplomatic demeanor with a high level of integrity
• Verygood command of English; additional languages (e.g., Portuguese or Swedish) are an asset
