Senior Investment Analyst (mfd) Software

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Investment Analyst (m / f / d) to join our clients international investment team in Frankfurt. Our client is an international technology investor with multiple offices in Europe and North America.

Tasks

This role focuses on growth investments in the software sector providing an exciting opportunity to work with innovative companies and technologies :

• Conduct comprehensive industry research to identify majority and minority investment opportunities in the software sector
• Assist in the due diligence proces s by analyzing and evaluating potential investments
• Building and maintaining detailed financial LBO models
• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies providing regular updates and strategic advice to senior management
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums for presentation to the investment committee
• Communicate with executives of portfolio companies

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a related field
• Professional work experience in private equity investment banking or growth equity
• Experience with the software industry and a keen interest in technology trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent German and English
