Reporting directly to the VP IP Management you will be part of a small highly specialized team.

Your responsibilities

Identification of patenting opportunities drafting of patent applications and development of suitable filing strategies
Handling of all stages of patent prosecution including requesting SPCs / PTEs where applicable
Supporting the Patent Conflicts Team as needed
Additional tasks based on experience and / or interest

Requirements

Your profile

Fully or partially qualified European patent attorney
Excellent masters degree in organic chemistry pharmacy biochemistry or related studies required; a PhD is desirable
Proactive with attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least a willingness to learn German
