  • Acting as the interface between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams in complex system landscapes
  • Translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Supporting implementation of IT solutions, including testing (UAT), validation, and rollout
  • Identifying optimization potential in existing systems, processes, and data flows
  • Supporting system integration and interface analysis across multiple platforms
  • Ensuring alignment with regulatory, operational, and compliance requirements in the energy sector
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions, driving alignment and decision-making

  • Strong understanding of energy industry processes (e.g. grid operations, smart metering, billing, energy data management, or regulatory frameworks)
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems, system architectures, and interfaces (APIs, data flows)
  • Experience in requirements engineering, process modeling (e.g. BPMN), and structured documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively
  • Experience working in large, complex stakeholder environments
  • Familiarity with agile and/or classic project methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid)
