Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst (m/f/d) to drive our Oracle Fusion ERP rollout across Europe and ensure stable, efficient operations beyond go‑live. This hybrid role is based in Berlin‑Zehlendorf and reports directly to the Sr. Manager Business Systems. It covers end‑to‑end processes across Idea‑to‑Design (I2D), Forecast‑to‑Plan (F2P), and Manufacturing‑to‑Deliver (M2D), including warehouse management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize end‑to‑end processes across I2D, F2P, and M2D.
• Ensure seamless integration between product development, planning, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.
• Translate business requirements into structured functional solution designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations, interfaces, and data flows.
• Support testing, deployment, and stabilization activities to ensure smooth go‑live and sustainable operations.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in ERP environments, ideally with transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in product development, planning, manufacturing, and warehouse processes.
• Hands‑on experience with tier‑1 ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Solid understanding of ERP data models, integrations, and end‑to‑end process flows.
• Degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
• Fluent in German (business‑facing) and English (global collaboration).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP in manufacturing, inventory, and planning modules.
• Background in warehouse management solutions and logistics‑driven organizations.
• Exposure to European or global ERP rollouts and multi‑country deployments.
• Knowledge of data migration, interface design, or integration platforms.
