Key Responsibilities

• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies, balancing overarching technical solutions with client-specific circumstances.
• Drive innovative projects using agile methods and modern approaches within strategic IT implementation, actively steering relevant modules.
• Facilitate tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on detailed analysis and current market trends like machine learning.
• Design and optimize IT architectures within enterprise requirements, including modern custom software developments and digital solutions, ensuring cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with excellent academic record.
• At least four years of relevant experience in IT consulting, especially in transformation and implementation projects related to strategy and operations.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three members.
• Understanding of buzzwords like machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
• Knowledge of all stages of IT organizational development and processes.
• Ability to develop complex business cases.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary and global teams, flexible and willing to travel.
• Proficient in German and English, with strong communication skills.
