We are looking for Senior IT Infrastructure Expert (Tenant) (m/f/d) (unlimited, full-time). Flexible working conditions available. Join our team at our location in Berlin, Baden‑Baden, Verl, or Tallinn.

What will be the challenge in the role:

Own and evolve the operational execution of tenant‑wide Conditional Access and MFA policies, ensuring secure, compliant, and observable implementations across the Microsoft tenant landscape. This role leads the development of reusable tooling, supports capability monitoring, and acts as the bridge between operational enforcement and architectural intent.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as subject matter expert for Conditional Access and MFA platform operations
Lead script/tool development for configuration rollout, validation, and remediation
Establish operational dashboards and reports that surface compliance and enforcement health
Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement on policy drift or enforcement gaps
Coordinate closely with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams to reflect evolving platform standards
Guide junior team members in tooling use, operational best practices, and script quality
Support readiness reviews, internal audits, and compliance documentation

What will help you to succeed in the role:

Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID platform operations
Experience building and maintaining operational tooling for secure policy rollout
Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead operational excellence efforts and align with broader platform strategy
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (or higher)
Clear, concise technical writing and documentation skills
Stakeholder management and facilitation ability
Structured problem solving, attention to detail, and decision‑record discipline
Growth mindset, pragmatism, and comfort operating in evolving governance contexts
Responsible and patient, with the ability to undertake routine tasks accurately.
Open‑minded and comfortable working within a multicultural team environment.
Ability to embrace change and innovation, contributing to a dynamic work environment.
Ability to travel internationally.
