Senior IT Quality Manager (m/f/d)

• Execute quality management across the central template team and all ongoing and upcoming rollout projects according to the internal project management standard (PMI-based)
  
• Implement and anchor the QM approach throughout the entire program
  
• Lead and manage a team of Quality Managers, including capacity and resource planning
  
• Provide regular reporting to the Program Management Team, including defined KPIs
  
• Ensure adherence to the QM approach across all relevant functions, roles, and external partners
  
• Deliver audit-compliant QM documentation and outputs
  
• Communicate and collaborate effectively within the European time zone to meet deadlines and align team efforts
• Senior IT Quality Manager with 10+ years of experience in global SAP template and rollout projects or similar role
  
• Proven experience in complex projects with multi-layered governance structures and multiple stakeholders
  
• Excellent communication skills across all stakeholder levels
  
• Collaborative working style with strong ability to drive followership
  
• After completing the onboarding process the position is around 90% remote, occasional travel for workshops
