As a (Senior) IT Service Associate , you will proactively support our internal IT department and act as an expert for our data centers and networks as well as the internal IT solutions at our headquarters in Saarbrücken . In particular, you will secure the path of digitalization at ORBIS on the basis of current Microsoft technologies. As an expert, you take care of the planning, conception, implementation and documentation of projects in the area of data centers, networks and security . You are able to find the ideal solution for our hybrid landscape of Microsoft on premise network and Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune , and thus ensure the smooth operation of our IT landscape in the future. You keep yourself up to date regarding developments and innovations in the area of IT security and are thus a mainstay in the optimization and further development of our IT landscape.

Your profile:

• Apprenticeship or completed studies in the field of business informatics / computer science or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
• Several years of professional experience in the field of IT, especially with Microsoft networks, databases, data centers, virtualization as well as firewalls
• Experience in the creation of concepts
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong understanding of service, ability to work in a team, flexible and entrepreneurial thinking
• Confident and friendly appearance, high degree of discretion, sense of responsibility and reliability
