Senior IT Service Manager

Take end-to-end responsibility for the IT service landscape within a complex, international organisation. As Senior IT Service Manager, you will shape a user-centric IT service strategy, act as the central expert at headquarters, and ensure consistent, high-quality IT services across European business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously improve the IT service experience across multiple business units.
• Define and implement a user-focused IT service strategy at group level.
• Act as a key interface to C-level and senior stakeholders, aligning objectives and driving execution.
• Establish structured processes to identify, prioritise, and address user needs.
• Deploy tools, metrics, and frameworks to measure and enhance user satisfaction.
• Translate user insights into scalable, value-driven IT service solutions.

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in IT Service Management within complex, multi-entity environments.
• Proven success in implementing user-centric IT service models at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional expert teams.
• Fluent German and English skills.
