Senior IT Service Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior IT Service Manager to drive IT services across European business units. This strategic role shapes IT strategy and ensures alignment across a complex international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the IT service experience across multiple business units.
• Define and implement a user-focused IT strategy as the central expert at headquarters.
• Collaborate with C-level and senior stakeholders to align goals and drive execution.
• Establish a structured process to identify and prioritise user needs across diverse areas.
• Deploy tools and frameworks to measure and improve user satisfaction (e.g. UX research, feedback systems, service design).
• Turn user insights into scalable, value-driven IT solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT Service Management within complex, multi-entity environments.
• Proven track record of implementing user-centric approaches at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional expert teams.
• Fluency in German and English.
