Our client is seeking a Senior IT Service Manager to drive IT services across European business units. This strategic role shapes IT strategy and ensures alignment across a complex international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the IT service experience across multiple business units.
Define and implement a user-focused IT strategy as the central expert at headquarters.
Collaborate with C-level and senior stakeholders to align goals and drive execution.
Establish a structured process to identify and prioritise user needs across diverse areas.
Deploy tools and frameworks to measure and improve user satisfaction (e.g. UX research, feedback systems, service design).
Turn user insights into scalable, value-driven IT solutions.

Requirements

Extensive experience in IT Service Management within complex, multi-entity environments.
Proven track record of implementing user-centric approaches at scale.
Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional expert teams.
Fluency in German and English.
