(Senior) Java / Kotlin Software Developer (m / f / d) in a cloud-native stack

Location and hours

Join our team in the Social Security division full-time (40 hours / week) or 90% part-time (36 hours / week) in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

This will be your job

• We bring cloud technology and the dusty image of administration together and thus help people to get help more easily in difficult life situations
• You will be part of developing the next generation of software
• You will work in an agile SCRUM team with a dedicated Product Owner and Scrum Master in which you can actively shape development.
• We bring technology and expertise together through domain-driven design - direct and technical coordination with our technical and domain experts is a permanent task for you
• You and your team work here with state-of-the-art tools and various methods and approaches (e.g. event storming, ATDD, Cloud-Native-Stack, Kubernetes, Docker, Quarkus, etc.)
• We use Fridays to develop together (Barcamp)
• You are also part of an overarching team in which you actively participate depending on your focus of interest (UX, security, QA)
• We work according to the test-first approach and also integrate the topic of operation into the development with DevOps experts
