Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Key Account Manager Civilian Markets & Vehicle OEMs to drive new business opportunities and expand existing customer relations across the full customer lifecycle in the Construction, Mining and Agriculture markets. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to secure sustainable growth and shapes how our platform delivers value in the civilian markets.

  • Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for the civilian off-road markets: business development, sales, deal closure, renewals, and long-term account management.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for civilian sectors which aligns with company vision, budgets, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Vehicle OEMs, operators, and key stakeholders in the off-road autonomy space.
  • Support defense related go-to-market efforts with expertise in robotics & vehicle industry sales.
  • Shape the product roadmap in collaboration with platform engineering. Match market needs with technical capabilities to build value-driven offerings.
  • Design and refine scalable business models and pricing strategies for dynamic markets.
  • Build a deep understanding of the markets for off-road autonomy. Identify new markets, dynamics and competitors and derive business opportunities.

Your Background

  • 5+ years in business development and sales within the deep tech industry. Exposure to Agriculture, Construction and Mining industries is preferred.
  • Proven track record in designing and executing repeatable sales workflows for complex, deep-tech, enterprise-grade products.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale revenue from early traction to significant growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills to navigate complex and high-stakes discussions empathetically and effectively.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice based on business needs.
  • Strong technical acumen — comfortable engaging in AI, software, and autonomy-related discussions.
