Responsibilities

• Advising on M&A deals particularly private equity and exit transactions
• Supporting venture capital investments : equity financings convertibles and secondaries
• Corporate transformations and reorganisations
• Capital markets work stock corporation law and IPO readiness
• Structuring employee participation schemes

Requirements

• Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results
• Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law preferably with exposure to PE / VC transactions
• Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written)
• Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem
• Team spirit self-initiative and the ability to take ownership of workstreams
• Eagerness to learn develop and contribute to a growing practice
