• You lead, mentor and inspire a team of designers establishing design principles and processes that enable consistency, scalability and innovation.
• You evolve our design system as a strategic asset ensuring cohesion and quality across our product ecosystem.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience
  You bring extensive UX/UI experience shaping B2C digital products at scale with several years in senior or leadership roles driving end‑to‑end design strategy influencing executives and scaling processes across product lines.
• Portfolio
  Your portfolio showcases large‑scale projects that blend visual design with strategic problem‑solving featuring case studies on design systems, cross‑functional leadership and solutions that drive customer experience and business growth.
