Senior Learning Consultant/Customer Success Manager (f/m/d)

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Partnership & Success
    • Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales.
    • Run customer onboarding, Impact Reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.
    • Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.
    • Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.
    • Maanage risks and spot upsell potentials.
  • Operations & Project Management
    • Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.
    • Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
    • Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.
    • Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.
  • Learning Consulting & Program Design
    • Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.
    • Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.
    • Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.
    • Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.

Your Impact

  • Influence the design quality of enterprise programs measured by NPS.
  • Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcome for enterprise customers like hours back to the business or confidence in AI Adoption.
  • Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers.

Requirements Necessary:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferably catering to L&D Departments of large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support.
  • "Who if not you". You have Experience in a Startup with between 10-50 employees. You are motivated to take ownership and shape this company together.
  • Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
  • Documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document all processes to ensure seamless handovers and sync amongst team members.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
  • Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge about "Winning by Design".
  • Data-driven mindset and ability to read and build reports.
