Your Impact

As Learning & Development Manager , you will be instrumental in shaping HELM’s leadership culture. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President Corporate HR & Communications , you will lead strategic initiatives that empower our leaders and teams globally.

Your Tasks

  • In this role, you own the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and leadership development programs across HELM.
  • You develop and execute targeted leadership training and talent pool initiatives to build future-ready leaders.
  • You also create engaging communication strategies to promote learning offerings and increase participation.
  • You're responsible for cultivating a sustainable learning culture aligned with HELM’s long-term strategy.
  • Enhancing and expanding our Learning Management System (LMS), including the integration of platforms like LinkedIn Learning, will be part of your function.
  • Define and implement structured “Learning Paths” tailored to different leadership levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional HR colleagues to align learning initiatives with HELM’s global HR strategy.

Your Profile

  • Degree in economics, psychology, human resources, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on leadership development in international, mid-sized or large organizations.
  • Enjoy roles that combine strategic contributions on learning topics with operational responsibilities.
  • Confident in engaging with senior stakeholders up to board level, offering guidance on leadership topics.
  • Global mindset and experience across cultures (Asia, Americas, Europe); collaborative team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Familiar with common IT applications (Microsoft Office 365).
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
