Your Impact

• Advise on a variety of exciting legal matters, including commercial, corporate, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks through practical, scalable processes.
• Work closely with various departments to develop practical, business-oriented solutions.
• Depending on candidates’ profile and experience, the job title will either be “Legal Counsel” or “Senior Legal Counsel”.

Your Skills

• German “Volljurist” with at least “befriedigend” grades in both First and Second State Examinations.
• Expertise in commercial law and contract negotiation, ideally in a tech-driven business.
• Experience handling multiple topics at a time and navigating cross-functional projects.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
• Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation.

Bonus Skills

(Basic) knowledge in Corporate Law and/or Data Protection Law
