Location: Berlin, Germany (on-site 3x/week)

Your Impact

• Advise on a variety of legal matters, including commercial, corporate, compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Anticipate and mitigate legal risks through practical, scalable processes.
• Work closely with various departments to develop business-oriented legal solutions.
• Support cross-functional projects, including post-merger integration and governance work.

Your Skills

• Fully qualified to practice law in Germany (First and Second State Exams, both with at least “befriedigend” grades).
• Expertise in commercial law and contract negotiation, ideally in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple topics simultaneously and navigating cross-functional projects.
• Strong ability to communicate complex legal concepts in clear, practical language.
• Full professional fluency in English, including legal drafting and negotiation.
