Senior Legal Counsel

• Provide legal advice to specialists and executives of Nemetschek SE and, as needed, its subsidiaries, with a focus on contract law, corporate law, trademark law, software licensing, warranty, and liability.
• Draft, review, and negotiate internal and external contracts and legal documents—both national and international—in German and English (including intercompany agreements, service contracts, SAM ELA, NDAs, LOIs, DPAs, etc.).
• Serve as a sparring partner and interface to the compliance department, contributing to the design of guidelines and training programs.
• Actively support and manage contract and settlement negotiations, as well as subject-specific or interdisciplinary projects, both nationally and internationally.
• Assess individual legal matters in other areas as needed, such as labor law and data protection.
• Prepare legal analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate external law firms, lawyers, and service providers.

• Completed law degree with 1 or 2 state exams.
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in an international environment (law firm or in-house), with strong expertise in contract and corporate law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, with excellent self-organization and a pragmatic, team-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• A generalist, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for exploring new legal topics.
• Business fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
