Your Role

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Design scalable ML architectures and ensure optimal selection of frameworks, technologies, and cloud platforms.
• Implement robust end-to-end ML solutions for diverse business requirements.
• Implement MLOps for automated training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate compliance and security standards in ML systems.
• Optimize data pipelines for efficient ML workflows.
• Coordinate between development teams and business stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership for complex ML implementation challenges.

Ideal Background

• University degree in computer science, software development, or comparable field of study with a focus on machine learning.
• At least 3 years of work experience.
• Sound experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Expertise in MLOps, infrastructure as code, and containerized environments.
• Experience in software architecture, backend development with Python, and ML frameworks.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of relational databases and ML/AI workflows.
• A proactive, independent way of working.
• Ability to lead teams and transfer knowledge.
• Languages: Fluent written and spoken English or German.
