Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AI Product Team
As a Machine Learning Engineer on our AI Product team, you will build and ship customer‑facing AI products that serve 500,000+ business customers. You’ll deliver measurable impact—adoption, faster task completion, and user satisfaction—while ensuring reliability, privacy, and continuous monitoring in production.
Responsibilities
- Develop new models end‑to‑end, from product requirements to implementation and deployment.
- Align with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and Backend Engineers to ensure seamless integration of ML solutions into the product ecosystem.
- Design, train, evaluate, and iterate on ML models using modern techniques tailored to real business problems.
- Deploy models in production with robust technical implementation and quality assurance processes.
- Create an ML‑Ops framework that ensures scalability, proper monitoring, and automated retraining pipelines (e.g., model drift detection, performance tracking).
- Share best practices and mentor peers, contributing to internal knowledge and tooling improvements.

About You
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on ML‑Ops and developing client‑facing products.
- Strong modeling expertise and experience building and optimizing machine learning models for external clients.
- Proficient in writing resilient, high‑quality, testable Python code, and experienced with web frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex problems and implement effective solutions in machine learning contexts.
- Proactive mindset: you improve processes before problems arise.
- Fluent in English.
