As Senior Manager Business Development (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving strategic growth and expanding Clarios' footprint across EMEA and beyond. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new customers, markets, and business opportunities across non-automotive segments such as Off-Highway, Industrial, Powersports, Military, Leisure, and Commercial Vehicles.
You will proactively and systematically develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers. By exploring less familiar markets and segments, you will define and execute strategic and operational business development initiatives that align with Clarios' objectives. Your work will ensure profitable growth while delivering excellent service and meeting defined commercial targets.
The position will be based in our EMEA Headquarters location in Hanover, Germany.
