Your Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Global Head to define, track, and communicate critical business priorities and objectives.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, and external engagements.
• Conduct analysis and engage with key stakeholders to support decision‑making and identify emerging trends in the biosimilars market.
• Coordinate annual and mid‑term business planning processes, ensuring alignment across global functions and regions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs and business initiatives; prepare dashboards and performance summaries.
• Support governance forums (e.g., leadership team meetings, steering committees, townhalls) by managing agendas, minutes, and follow‑ups.
• Represent the Global Head in selected meetings and forums when required.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a liaison between global leadership and regional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency within the global biosimilars platform.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions to ensure business continuity.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of consulting with focus on pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with exposure to biosimilars or generics preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and executive‑level support.
• Strong understanding of global healthcare and regulatory environments.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English skills.
