Die Position:

A Senior Manager is required to contribute to the firm's IP and is asked to drive digital transformation offerings into the market. Within client engagements, he/she is leading the day-to-day customer relationships and the consultant teams, from project planning through execution. The Manager is well diversified in business transformation knowledge with a key interest in digitization transformation. As a manager, he or she possesses strong intrapersonal management skills and operational knowledge.

Our client is currently looking for candidates with the following background:

• Solid knowledge and expertise in Digital Transformation with a key interest in designing Robotic Process Automation solutions
• Extensive understanding of business process transformation within targeted industries and consulting service lines for areas such as Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, HR, Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing
• Management experience, analytical skills, and a strong team orientation
• Development of individual client solutions for optimization and operating models

Senior Managers apply well-honed consulting, project management, and functional skills in managing major project components or entire projects. They are involved in business development, including proposal scoping and development.

Additional roles include:

• Managing consultant teams to complete client work within budget, work plans, and quality standards
• Identifying and supporting resolution of issues critical to clients' strategic and operational success
• Providing technical functional content knowledge
• Supporting solution implementation as required
• Developing and presenting conclusions and recommendations to senior client management
• Developing and presenting engagement deliverables
• Managing client relationships and reporting project progress
• Leading, coaching, developing, and supervising junior staff efforts

Die Anforderungen:

Our Senior Managers will typically have the following consulting experience:

• Maintaining and growing client relationships through delivery excellence
• Ability to identify and sell opportunities at existing clients and build strong, long-lasting relationships
• Directing and leading digital consulting project teams from planning through execution
• Change management experience
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Cross-sector solution awareness
• Experience with German, international, and global clients

Technical Experience includes:

• Expertise in Digital Transformation
• Expertise in Finance systems (e.g., PTP, OTC, RTR, FPA)
• Understanding of HR and IT processes
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle Fusion solutions
• Knowledge of business systems solutions
• Experience with finance systems deployment
• Awareness of market trends
• Experience in business transformation and programme management lifecycle
