Senior Manager Commercial Operations - Immunology DACH (f/m/d)

At Regeneron, as a Senior Manager Commercial Operations Immunology (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to actively shape the future of our commercial processes and make a significant contribution to field force excellence. Become part of a dynamic team and use your analytical skills to support the Immunology and Inflammation teams in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

A Typical Day Might Include

• Analyze and interpret sales data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Create reports and dashboards for sales and management teams.
• Manage and optimize Commercial Operations, including field force excellence and incentive compensation planning.
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency and standardization.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and derive data‑based recommendations.
• Train and support sales teams in the use of analytical tools and promote a data‑driven culture.
• Coordinate with co‑commercialization partners regarding field force metrics.
• Integrate and prepare data for visualizations and analyses.

This role might be for you if

• You have excellent knowledge of MS Excel and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Veeva CRM, Salesforce or Power BI.
• You have strong communication skills for presenting analytical results.
• You have high attention to detail, analytical thinking, and enthusiasm for working with data.

To Be Considered

• Applicants should have a University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and at least 8 years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Data Analytics, including at least 2 years in an analytical role.
• Experience in biotech/pharma is desired.
• Fluent German required, and strong English skills.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
