Role Overview

You will be driving communication and change management activities across the BMP Program, the largest digital transformation within Allianz.

What You Do

• Develop and implement a holistic communication strategy and change management initiatives for the BMP Program that effectively convey the vision, goals and progress of the transformation to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives and OE business owners.
• Drive and oversee communication activities in the program, including but not limited to go‑live BMP products and marketing, leadership changes, go‑live celebrations, building the reputation of the program across the Group, and fostering a one‑program identity.
• Design, plan and execute BMP Program forums, bringing the program together, fostering a one‑program identity, sharing best practices from the OEs, and building a cohesive leadership team (senior management across the program).
• Create and orchestrate communications campaigns across the Program, different areas and rollout teams, as well with the OEs and collaborate closely with multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Drive scalability, engagement and track impact of activities around change management and communications.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders within Allianz SE, BMP Program (areas and rollout teams including Az Tech) and across local Allianz entities.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree, diploma or equivalent professional background.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in communications, change management, project management and cultural change in an international environment.
• Strong project‑management skills working in an agile set‑up and virtual teams across the world.
• Demonstrated change‑management skills across an intricate program spanning multiple organizations and entities.
• Proven communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex matters in written and visual mediums.
• Open mindset and team player with the ability to work in cross‑functional, international teams.
• Creative and self‑motivated individual comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, able to prioritise workloads and juggle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and agile collaboration tools.
