Key responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll be a key player in shaping our compliance services, mentoring junior colleagues, and growing into a leadership role by completing the following tasks:

Lead teams and oversee compliance and AML projects
Conduct and manage comprehensive compliance and AML risk assessments
Develop and implement compliance or AML policies, processes, and trainings
Review compliance reports and draft recommendations for action
Drive initiatives in Financial Services, Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance

Your profile

A degree in Law, Business, Economics, or related field
Experience in Compliance, AML and/or Data Protection, with a track record of managing complex projects and teams
Proficiency in using AFC software solutions and familiarity with industry standards
Pragmatic, motivated and solutions-orientated, with demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Fluency in German & English, with excellent communication skills in both language
