In our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as
As part of our Group Strategy, PMO & Insights team, you will be responsible for implementing and further developing our international consumer insights strategy. You will generate valuable insights into customer behavior, brand perception, and market trends that serve as the foundation for strategic decision-making across the company.
You will be responsible for the design, management, and execution of international customer and market research studies with external institutes – including methodology, target group definition, questionnaire development, data analysis, and the derivation and presentation of actionable recommendations.
You will independently manage and oversee various market research institutes – from selecting suitable partners to final implementation.
You will design and conduct internal customer studies (based on CRM customer data) – from conceptual and methodological planning to data evaluation and strategic recommendations.
You will further develop the existing brand tracking into a company-wide management tool with a focus on customer experience.
You will oversee all panel-related topics such as data quality, on-time data delivery, cost control, and contract management.
You will conduct competitive and market analyses, identify trends and consumer behavior patterns, and derive data-based recommendations for brand, communication, and corporate strategies.
You will develop standards and guidelines for the group-wide use and harmonization of insights.

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
Completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Brand Management
Several years of professional experience in consumer insights or market research, ideally in an FMCG or retail environment, in a global strategic role, or in management consulting
Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely
Strong communicator with an intercultural mindset and enthusiasm for the beauty industry
Structured, organized, and independent working style
Fluent German and English skills
