Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Design a cross‑organizational content governance framework to unify and streamline global processes for documents, collateral, videos, trainings, and other digital assets and standardize content workflows for divisional content management into Infineon's central Digital Marketing Elevator, integrating more granular processes and ensuring consistency across all marketing actors.
  • Address inefficiencies by ensuring interlinkages between R&D, product development, and marketing processes, particularly as they relate to content management for Product Introductions and pipeline updates, and collaborate with the PIM and DAM team and other business teams to ensure the seamless integration of content workflows into marketing, sales, and development lifecycles.
  • Define and implement a global translation management process for all content types, including marketing documents, technical materials, videos, and web content, and evaluate and implement industry‑leading translation tools to drive automation, quality, and consistency across all regions and channels.
  • Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and governance for translation workflows across teams, ensuring adherence to the new framework and train the organization on the new translation process, setting standards for efficiency and scalability.
  • Install a centralized governance framework to create and enforce rules, guidelines, and best practices for all content operations and enable the organization by developing engaging training programs on content governance, ensuring adoption across divisions and teams.
  • Define and communicate governance rules for key content types such as documents, videos, images, and structural elements, ensuring alignment with customer journeys and best practices in conversion optimization, and create and document processes to manage, track, and optimize compliance with governance and operational frameworks across the global organization.
  • Drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of content management across the organization, ultimately supporting the company's strategic objectives and driving business success through effective content governance and management.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in content strategy, governance, or process management within a large‑scale corporate environment and ability to design, map, and optimize end‑to‑end content workflows, experience integrating processes across R&D, Product Development, Marketing, and Sales, semiconductor industry experience is a significant advantage.
  • Working in digital marketing environments, with a strong understanding of content lifecycles, customer journeys, and conversion‑optimized content structures.
  • Designing or operating translation workflows, with familiarity with translation management systems (TMS), automated quality processes, and global content localization.
  • Ability to define governance rules, build frameworks, document processes, and develop training programs that drive global adoption and compliance.
  • Experience driving operational excellence initiatives, with a strong analytical capability to evaluate process performance and implement continuous improvements aligned with strategic goals, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in an international matrix organization and manage complex content processes and systems.
  • Proficient in developing governance rules and managing end‑to‑end process design.
