We are seeking a Senior Manager for Customer & Commercial Excellence Advisory. The role focuses on complex commercial growth, sales transformation, and customer excellence projects in a multinational environment.

Our tasks focus on complex commercial growth, sales transformation, and customer excellence projects:
- Development of future-proof commercial strategies (growth, customer success, pricing, partner, go-to-market)
- Design of implementable Customer & Commercial Excellence roadmaps and operating models
- Commercial prototyping: value propositions, sales plays, customer journeys, marketing concepts
- Conception and implementation of sales, marketing & pricing organizations and processes
- Data-driven and customer-centric development of business models, commercial products, and digital services
- Identification and optimization of customer experience drivers along the entire lifecycle
- Leadership of complex programs using traditional and agile management methodologies
- Coaching, developing, and leading teams of Consultants, Product Owners, and Experience Designers
Who You Are
Are you an analytical thinker with creative drive and strong communication skills? Are you curious and enjoy teamwork or prefer individual excellence? You possess personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, with the following qualities:
- Proven passion for Customer & Commercial Excellence, sales transformation, pricing, and customer-centric growth
- Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, or PhD) in business, marketing, economics, innovation, or related fields
- 9+ years relevant experience, ideally in:
- Commercial, sales, or marketing consulting
- Pricing, commercial strategy, or go-to-market roles
- B2B sales and digital commerce contexts
- Proven track record in highly competitive consultancies (Tier-1 / Tier-2); ability to deliver under pressure and own full workstreams
- Demonstrated leadership experience: leading teams, coaching consultants, developing capabilities, managing stakeholders up to C-level
- Strategic and structured problem-solving with ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to craft clear, executive-ready stories for boards and investors
- Strong commercial toolkit: segmentation, sales funnels, pricing logic, customer experience, value proposition design, change & enablement
- Collaboration with Product Owners and Experience Designers; understanding strategy, UX, and digital product delivery interactions
- Delivery excellence: management-ready communication, storyline thinking, executive presentations
- Business fluent in German and English
