In this context, we are seeking a skilled Senior Manager Demand Planner (m/f/d) to oversee demand planning activities for three key subsidiaries, playing a pivotal role in ensuring product availability and driving operational efficiency.

The Role
As a Senior Manager Demand Planner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate forecasts for three subsidiaries, enabling the company to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align forecasts with business goals and ensure seamless product availability.

What you require

• Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts for three subsidiaries using historical datausing historical data, market insights and business input.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align and validate forecasts.
• Monitor demand variances, proactively addressing supply and inventory challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Experience in managing an S&OP process and working capital management is plus.

Success Factors

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain, ideally in FMCG or healthcare.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication (German & English) and stakeholder management skills across multiple subsidiaries.
• Proficiency in ERP/planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; fluent English required.
