Senior Manager Digital Planning

The Opportunity

Reporting to Director Planning, you will lead the Asset Planning Team. In this role you will develop a strategic promotional calendar aligning promotions with the appropriate assets including on air and Off-Air Event strategies, and Divisional level product category strategies, manage end of life inventory in a thoughtful manner that maximizes company accounting strategies. You will also guide a upsell strategy that presents the customer with meaningful add to cart options.

Your Impact

Digital Merchandise Allocation Planning

• Oversee the Digital Merchandise Allocation Planning team, overseeing promotional strategy of Digital Platform offers.
• Collaborate with Digital partners to identify and make recommendations on trends/opportunities within the business.
• Maintain strategic partnership with the Digital team to blend and support off-air offers with on-air assets
• Manage clearance markdown pace on identified distressed inventory

Asset Planning

• Develop Whole House Promotion offers in consideration of platinum level events
• Attend All-Play event meeting – communicating promotional support to cross functional teams.
• Attend Digital Monthly Review meetings to inform promo calendars and align on support for Digital Events
• Oversee Digital Picks process to ensure strength and quantity of items are selected promptly to support the digital strategy.

What You Bring

• You have a bachelor's degree in business, Retail/Fashion Merchandising, Mathematics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years business experience. Minimum 5 years managing/leading others, with preference for Finance, Merchandising, or Planning function.
• Ability to quickly analyze data/situations and draw relevant conclusions to have positive effects on business in a complex environment.
• Ability to lead team and have strong drive for project management and strategy work.
