Senior Manager Digitalisierung & Systeme

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting as part of Kabi’s global system rollout, ensuring both robust technical configuration and an exceptional end-user experience.

• Oversee and maintain master data and reporting solutions across multiple platforms, guaranteeing accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

• Drive the administration and continuous improvement of SAP BCS and BW, supporting critical planning and financial closing activities.

• Act as a strategic liaison between Controlling and IT, fostering cross-functional collaboration to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Champion digital transformation initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Requirements:

• Holds a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Computer Science, ensuring a strong foundation in both business and technology.

• Brings at least 7 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of delivering results in complex financial system environments.

• Demonstrates a strong appetite for innovation, actively exploring emerging technologies and their strategic application within Finance and Controlling.

• Possesses hands‑on experience or working knowledge of SAP BCS, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Analysis for Office (AfO), ideally in a key user or functional lead capacity.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, leveraging advanced functionalities to drive reporting efficiency and enable data‑driven decision‑making.

• Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Finance and Controlling processes, particularly planning cycles and month‑end close activities.

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Applies structured, proactive problem‐solving and process optimization approaches to deliver sustainable improvements.

• Known for strong interpersonal skills, fostering cross‑functional collaboration and driving alignment between business and IT.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
