Senior Manager - ERP Data Management

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Controller/Manager, ERP Data Management to lead the functional design, implementation, and governance of our ERP systems. Based in Frankfurt, this role is critical to ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and seamless cross-functional alignment across our platform. You’ll be the linchpin between business needs and technical execution—driving excellence in ERP operations and data management.

Responsibilities

• ERP System Oversight
  • Lead system governance, data integrity, and user support for ERP processes
  • Define and implement system requirements in collaboration with the IT department
  • Provide guidance and training to internal and external users
  • Manage access rights for employees and service providers
• Data Management
  • Oversee data migration and master data onboarding/offboarding for assets, entities, PMs, and CMs
  • Ensure compliance with data standards and protocols
  • Conduct incremental checks and asset reporting to maintain data quality
  • Apply the 6-eyes principle with PMs for lease contract setup
  • Manage system setup and deactivation of buildings, vendors, and bank accounts

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Business Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and Yavica
• Proven ability to develop and optimize business processes and stakeholder relationships
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical system solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Structured work style, attention to detail, and strong organizational capabilities
• Fluent in English; additional European languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish) are a plus
