Join us as a client‑facing representative and subject matter expert on capital market‑related topics. You will lead a highly qualified team, develop best‑practice standards, and support clients from an end‑to‑end perspective. Applications can be submitted in German or English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coach your team, providing regular feedback and assuming leadership responsibility.
• Act as a subject matter expert, analysing and resolving a wide range of issues regarding trading and risk management, including financial products, operations, markets, securities trading compliance, crypto and digital assets, market risk quantification, trading book requirements, and commodity risk management.
• Lead a highly qualified team to serve clients, fostering team spirit and continuous skill development.
• Stay informed on current trends and independently prepare offers and business cases.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, law or other relevant studies, with over 4 years of professional experience in Capital Markets or Banking (preferably in Markets, Operations, Treasury or Risk Controlling). Experience within German regulatory environment is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex issues; excellent communication in German and English. Ability to present results confidently to clients.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn, and committed to the role.
• Prepared to take ownership of audit or advisory project topics.
• Knowledge of financial products (including crypto), trading processes, lifecycle management, key business controls, or regulation such as EMIR, WpHG/MiFID II, and MiCA is an advantage.
