Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing‑driven pipeline and revenue contribution in the B2B domains segment. Set clear goals. Ensure transparent attribution across the full funnel.
  • Build and scale an AI‑first marketing organization. Connect tools, data, processes and skills. Embed automation across all core functions.
  • Sharpen the positioning and value proposition of IONOS B2B Domains. Drive measurable brand impact in target segments and regions.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Development and central functions (IONOS Group). Align marketing, sales and product to clear commercial outcomes.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing, AI‑literate team. Build capabilities with intent.
  • Own the budget. Allocate across channels, campaigns, events and partners. Enforce disciplined ROI management.
  • Represent Marketing in executive forums and with external partners. Make data‑backed points clearly and succinctly.

Innovation as Standard

  • Lead the AI‑first transformation of organization, processes, tool stack and capabilities. Don’t stop at pilots. Scale what works company‑wide.
  • Use automation, personalization, predictive analytics and generative creative solutions. Anchor a test‑and‑learn culture with solid experiment design.
  • Position IONOS as the benchmark for AI‑enabled B2B marketing in the domain and digital identity market. Lift sales productivity through AI‑supported lead generation, pipeline acceleration and account‑based strategies.

Success after 6 to 12 months

  • Marketing’s contribution to pipeline and conversion across the funnel increases significantly. Cleanly attributed.
  • Efficiency improves measurably through automation and transparent ROI reporting across all initiatives.
  • Value proposition and go‑to‑market playbooks are defined, tested and rolled out for core segments and regions.
  • The team operates in sync with clear, AI‑powered work.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 years in B2B or SaaS marketing and 3+ years leading teams with accountability for people, budget and outcomes.
  • Proven experience with AI and expertise in growth marketing, automation, data analysis, and attribution. From strategy to hands‑on implementation.
  • You have practical experience with leading and emerging MarTech and AI‑powered tools. Open to technology and pragmatic.
  • Practical experience with established and emerging martech tools and AI‑powered solutions. Tech‑open and pragmatic.
  • You have built and led global, cross‑functional teams and confidently managed change at the executive level.
  • Knowledge of domains, hosting, cloud, or digital infrastructure is a plus.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent English, German is welcome.
