You will provide leadership and oversight to the Product Cost Office (PCO) group. As the Senior Manager and Group Lead for the Product Cost Office (PCO) in our Core Banking Automation Portfolio Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving cost efficiency and profitability across the entire product lifecycle. This position requires a strategic leader who can establish governance, foster cross-functional collaboration, and deliver actionable insights to optimize costs without compromising quality or compliance.
Cost Governance: Define and enforce cost management policies and standards across product development and manufacturing.
Lifecycle Cost Management: Monitor and control costs from concept design through end-of-life.
Transparency & Reporting: Deliver accurate cost data and forecasts to support strategic decisions.
Cost Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining compliance and quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
Industry & Competitive Benchmarking: Lead benchmarking initiatives for systems, modules, and components to identify cost optimization opportunities.
Project-Driven Cost Optimization: Conduct comprehensive cost analysis for large‑scale sales opportunities, leveraging product configurations to enhance margins.
Managing a team: Directs the efforts of subordinate managers and / or professional staff, often at the senior level.
Leadership approach: Coaches, mentors and guides lower-level managers assigned technical staff.
Solving challenges: Responds to escalated technical, process and other issues.
Oversee effectiveness: Evaluates team and individual performance, making recommendations and decisions about placement and rewards.
Working environment: Builds and fosters্ cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
