Key Responsibilities

• Define scope and supplier base for RFI and RFQ.
• Drive RFI and RFQ to match business needs, targets and strategy.
• Categorize supplier base according to sourcing model and strategic guidelines.
• Drive foundry assessment and selection process within RFQ, including risk assessment.
• Lead negotiation for business award, aligning with business needs.
• Interface with Contract Management to align contractual aspects with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Electronics or Mechanics combined with Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or comparable negotiation experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with negotiation methods and tactics.
