Senior Manager FP&A Operations (m/w/d)

Your Shoes To Fill

You are driving Compliance, Transparency and Profitabilty in our newest production plant by business partnering with local organization as well as being the link to the Group Finance Function.
You are the Business Partner to the local Managing Director.
You prepare the budgets and forecasts for management.
You prepare the regular reports (cost and performance indicators, e.g. target/actual analyses and productivity) as well as commenting on them and deriving recommendations for action.
You prepare and present the analyses, reports and business cases for all management levels as well as ad-hoc analyses.
You support in investment projects, e.g. by reviewing, approving and recalculating profitability calculations.

Your Walk Of Life

You completed studies in business administration (or equivalent) or industrial engineering ideally with focus on controlling.
You have 5 years+ experience in finance, at least 3 years of professional experience in plant controlling, (Standard costing variance knowledge & experience).
You have deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and relevant KPIs.
You have very good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint together with good SAP knowledge (modules: FI/CO/MM), experience with Standard cost setups (ideally SAP COPA) and SAP4Hana is desirable.
You have a solution-oriented and analytical personality with a distinct hands-on mentality, extraverted with ability to communicate, connect and present to different levels of organization.
You are fluent in English (B2+) and German (B2+).
