Senior Manager, Group Strategy

In this role you will lead strategic initiatives, provide fact‑based insights, and act as a trusted partner to senior management, driving decisions that shape the long‑term success of HUGO BOSS.

What you can expect

• Actively drive the strategic direction and further development of HUGO BOSS.
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, preparing high‑profile presentations for the Supervisory Board, investors and other key stakeholders while coordinating across Investor Relations, Corporate Communications and Group Controlling.
• Shape and evolve the Group Strategy by monitoring market & industry trends, translating insights into actionable measures.
• Provide fact‑based decision support through rigorous analysis of strategic topics, delivering clear recommendations and options for senior management.
• Take responsibility for strategic initiatives from ideation and business‑case development through to execution, ensuring alignment with Group priorities.
• Contribute to team development as a sparring partner, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise to strengthen overall impact.

Your profile

• Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate strategy or strategy consultancy.
• Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving orientation and assertiveness.
• Detail‑oriented, pragmatic, solution‑driven with a proactive mindset.
• High standards for quality and precision in deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
