The Role
We’re looking for a seasoned professional (m/f/d) to take full ownership of European publisher acquisition. Your primary mandate is to secure and integrate high‑value supply deals for our two differentiated business units: SitePlug, a premier meta‑network powering transparent commerce monetization across omni‑search, affiliate and fintech publishers; and VEVE, our niche ad‑network that delivers native non‑intrusive ad solutions and accesses exclusive inventory via strategic partnerships with major Mobile OEMs and browsers.
This mission requires focus across critical digital verticals including BNPLs, coupons, cashback/loyalty platforms, content sites, AI search, browsers, mobile OEMs and telcos.
Responsibilities
- Identify new partnership opportunities by prospecting and matching them with Affinity’s monetization solutions, then onboarding them.
- Negotiate and close high‑value deals with CPC, CPA, CPI, or revenue‑share agreements.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM, regularly forecast revenue and hit growth targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Publisher Success (Account Management) team to ensure growth of publishers onboarded.
- Collaborate with Product Ops & Marketing to drive growth – from launching new product features to developing content and more.
- Represent Affinity at industry events through speaking engagements, panels and networking opportunities in key European markets.
Qualifications
- A dealmaker with at least 4 years of experience working with European‑based publishers.
- Proven ability to close seven‑figure deals and exceed revenue goals.
- Confident communicator with strong networking skills who can connect with peers across countries and publisher categories, present to C‑level audiences and write compelling proposals.
- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital media, including integrations, pricing models and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Business English plus one more European language (German or French preferred).
- Knowledge of digital publishing concepts and technologies such as ad servers, endpoints (APIs, JS SDK), pricing models and deal structures.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and a data‑informed approach to decision‑making.
- Comfortable using the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to model deals and performance.
