Your responsibilities

• You lead a team of 6 employees, plan capacity, and foster a high‑performance team culture
• You are responsible for the global approval of visualization systems in accordance with MDR, FDA, and other international requirements
• You develop regulatory strategies for national and international markets and implement them
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during product development and hold release responsibility for the technical documentation

Your profile

• You hold a degree in engineering or business, ideally complemented by a relevant additional qualification in Regulatory Affairs
• You have several years of professional experience and have already gained initial leadership experience
• Your German and English language skills are at C1 level (CEFR)
• You also possess excellent MS Office skills
• Your confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and structured, results‑oriented approach make you an effective leader
