Your focus

• You coach and guide agile teams while facilitating core Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• You implement and scale agile frameworks like Scrum or SAFe within complex organizational environments
• You support Product Owners in prioritization, backlog management, and stakeholder communication
• You foster a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and by driving actionable improvement measures
• You coach leaders and teams to sustainably embed agile ways of working and measure progress using relevant KPIs

Ready for Detecon?

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Team Coach, ideally within a consulting environment or large-scale agile transformations
• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or SAFe Scrum Master
• Experience in Professional Services, preferably in the Public Sector, Defense, or similar industries, with hands‑on experience in scaled agile transformations
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) as well as willingness to travel for project‑related work (national or international, depending on preference)
